Ryan wants to be a Lighting Expert!!! BUT New to Lighting as of February 2015! Prior to entering the Lighting Industry, Ryan worked in the Medical Industry, Selling for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, CardioDynamics, Philips Healthcare, & Zoll Medical. Ryan’s 10+ years of sales experience in the medical industry have allowed him to make a smooth transition into the Selling world of the Lighting Industry. Although he has a lot to still learn, years and years’ worth; and yes even Ryan would admit that, he has hit the ground running and we are excited to have him as part of the RLG team!
Ryan’s main focus at RLG is Outside Sales. When “Outside” the office his main customers are Contractors and Distributers. He focuses his time in and around St. Louis, Rolla, Columbia, Jefferson City, Osage Beach, and Cape Girardeau in Missouri; into Illinois he covers O’Fallon, Marion, Caseyville, Springfield, Carbondale, and Quincy. What a small territory! Hope he gets reimbursed for mileage.
When Ryan is not “Outside” selling light fixtures, he enjoys recreational sports, going to the gym, reading books, boating, and of course long walks on the beach…when he finds the time!
“In my short tenure, I really enjoy working in the Lighting Industry. It is a lot of fun! Every time I hear myself say that out loud, I’m reminded by the saying from pretty much everyone; That once you’re in the industry, you’ll never leave! Well, I guess it’s a good thing that I am enjoying it then! Haha” end quote.
